Shipping policy


Processing Times:

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

In the event of a high volume of orders, please be patient with us! Estimated processing times will be extended to10 business days.


Domestic Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

International Shipping Rates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us. with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refunds & Returns

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We have an in-store credit ONLY policy. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the in-store credit will be applied to your account. A standard restocking fee of 20% plus any additional costs related to your return will be deducted from your credit before it is applied to your account.
